Individually and modularly configurable
MORYX Products
Our MORYX products are based on our open source framework, in which the devices and relationships in the factory are modeled. Within the framework, the individual parts of the plant are assembled to form an overall system. Individual applications can be flexibly assembled from the modules according to customer requirements. Any IT systems can be integrated using the adapters and OT systems can be connected using our drivers. The open source approach of the framework ensures the compatibility of the components. This means that the overall system can be continuously developed for future tasks.
Integration of the IT systems
MORYX Adapters
Our MORYX Adapters ensure the digital integration of IT systems such as ERP or master data. A MORYX adapter implements communication with an IT system and includes all the necessary data structures and protocols. Thanks to this clear responsibility, MORYX adapters can be reused as often as required – regardless of the application and the drivers used and with consistently high quality.

The InfluxDB Adapter connects Influx databases for forwarding data from the Process Data module.
Spreadsheets
Spreadsheets
This adapter is used to connect spreadsheets such as Excel and CSV sheets for forwarding from the Process Data module.
SAP S/4 HANA
SAP S/4 HANA
The SAP S/4 HANA adapter developed together with our partner Cpro IoT Connect GmbH connects SAP as an ERP system and allows, for example, orders to be called up, started and confirmed directly from MORYX.
Controlling the digital factory
MORYX Modules
With MORYX, you can rely on a solution that undergoes regression tests and is continuously developed further. Changes to the code are tested and described immediately before they are added to our modules. This ensures the greatest possible stability and security. Configurations can be made easily via user-friendly interfaces and from a central location.

Orders
In the "Order Management" module, orders are created, uploaded, started, interrupted or even stopped and reported back. It therefore represents the heart of the MORYX platform for system operators.

With the "Process Data" module, the data collected by MORYX is fed directly and individually into other systems.

Workplans
In the "Workplans" module, defined workflows can be viewed and adapted if, for example, an additional manual workstation is integrated into the production line.

The MORYX Launcher is the core of the standardized user interface in which the purchased and self-developed modules are displayed.
Worker Support
Worker Support
Worker Support supports the system operators in their individual manual work steps by explaining step by step which assembly step needs to be carried out. The system operator confirms a completed assembly step by pressing a button on the user interface.
Notifications
Notifications
The Notifications module notifies MORYX users directly on the user interface if, for example, material needs to be replenished or a certain manual work step needs to be carried out. The module also reports faults on the production line.

IdentifierProvider
This module is used to handle unique product identifiers. For example, it manages serial numbers, MAC addresses or other identifiers that are used to identify individual items and their digital twins and makes them available in the production process.

The "Process Consultant" module automatically determines the process step that has the greatest potential for optimization.

The simulation module plays a central role in the digital commissioning of a system. It allows the entire production process to be run through on the digital twins of the system before the hardware is even installed.

The Process Monitor displays production-relevant KPIs for a process, including their forecast for the near future.
Integration of the OT systems
MORYX Driver
MORYX Drivers bundle the data structures and communication types for each device type and manufacturer. They guarantee the manageability of the heterogeneity and diversity of PLC systems in production devices. Thanks to the modular MORYX architecture, you can easily maintain and update MORYX drivers, reuse them in applications as often as you like and combine them with each other.
